Please read these Purchase and Contract Terms carefully before placing an order!
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Contract (hereinafter referred to as GTC) contain certain rights and obligations of the Buyer and Advertiser in connection with the purchase of products found on the website and in the online store, which are accepted by the Parties.
The scope of these General Terms and Conditions covers all commercial transactions in the territory of Hungary and the EU, which are established between the Parties specified in this contract.

Seller and Buyer together hereinafter: Parties
The subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is all products found in the www.cidic.it online store. The properties of the products are contained in the webshop’s information pages for the given product, where the product’s characteristics, price, and description illustrated with color photos can be found.
Terms of purchase
By completing the order and confirming it, based on Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) (Hungary), an absentee contract is created between the Seller and the Buyer according to the following conditions:
1. In the online store, ordering is possible electronically.
2. Anyone who accepts these Purchase and Business Regulations and considers them to be binding can shop in the online store.
3. It is possible to buy in the online store without prior registration.
4. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, incorrect performance, or other problems or errors that can be attributed to data provided incorrectly and/or inaccurately by the Buyer.
5. By returning the confirmation of the order, the Parties enter into a sales contract, based on which the Seller is obliged to transfer the ownership of the product to the Buyer and to release the product into the Buyer’s possession, and the Buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price and take delivery of the product.
6. The shipping costs of the package not received are borne by the Buyer, which the Seller can legally enforce if necessary. All damages caused by the Buyer to the Seller and costs incurred during the procedure shall be paid by the Buyer.
7. The Seller is entitled to discuss the data provided during registration by telephone or e-mail. If, during the data reconciliation, the Seller forms the opinion that the data does not correspond to reality, or if the Buyer does not intend or is unable to pay the purchase price of the product ordered by him or to take delivery of the product, the Seller is entitled to partially fulfill the order, or reject it in its entirety and terminate the contract with immediate effect.
8. Offers on individual products are valid while stocks last.
9. In the case of sale goods, the sale lasts until the specified deadline or until stocks last.
10. It is only possible to change an order by e-mail, specifying exactly the new quantity/color etc. of the desired product. We cannot change a package that has already been sent!
Right of withdrawal
Within 14 working days of receiving the product ordered on the web, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase. In this case, the Seller is obliged to refund the purchase price paid for the product to the Buyer, no later than 30 days after the cancellation or the return of the product. The refund does not apply to the shipping cost, and the cost of returning the product is also borne by the Buyer. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so in writing, by letter or by e-mail, referring to the product and the order. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 8 working days of receiving the product. In case of cancellation by mail, the date of sending the letter to the post office is taken into account when calculating the 14 working days.
